Flexible cancellation policy:

• If you cancel in the 10 days before arrival, you pay 50% of the total price as a cancellation fee

• The size of the pet must not exceed 8 kg. Only one pet is allowed. Pets are not allowed in public areas (pool, lounges ...). Your pet can enjoy our terrace and garden as long as it is on a leash and does not disturb other customers. You should never leave the apartment premises and leave your pet alone in the room. The owner must provide a contact cell phone to reception staff in case we need to contact you. Do not let the animal climb onto beds, sofas, armchairs, etc. If you would like to dry or clean your paws after a walk, ask us about special towels and these will be provided. The owner is liable for damage and destruction that goes beyond cleaning the room. Additional charges may apply to your card in the event the pet causes clutter, furniture damage, or hygiene issues. If another guest complains about your pet's barking, noise, or behavior, they should be taken outside of the hotel. You must have all the necessary legal documents that the hotel management can request at any time. Your pet must have the appropriate medical certificates confirming the updated vaccinations.
