Flexible cancellation policy:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 14  days before arrival
• If you cancel in the 14 days before arrival, you pay 50% of the total price as a cancellation fee
• Time slot: check-in 4:00 p.m.-10: 00 p.m., check-out 7:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

• Children of all ages are welcom.
• Children from 0-3 years are free of charge.
• Baby cot policy: 0-3 years old Baby cot free of charge upon request

There is no space for extra beds at this property

Fireplace use:

• Wood surcharge is € 12 / day, fireplace cleaning is included
• The costs are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.

Age restriction:

Events and visits are not allowed

Dogs / Pets only on request:

• Up to 8 kg. Attack dogs are not allowed. The fees are € 12 per day
• Only one pet is allowed per apartment.  
• Pets are not allowed in common areas (pool, lounges …).
• Pets are allowed on the patio and garden, as long as they are tied and do not disturb other clients.
• You should never leave the hotel grounds leaving your pet alone in the room.
• Do not allow the animal to climb onto beds, sofas, armchairs, etc. If you want to dry or clean your pets legs after a walk, do not use hotel towels. We have special towels available for this.
• The owner is responsible for any damages or damage caused beyond the cleaning of the room. Additional charges may be applied in the event of the pet causing mess, furniture damage, or hygiene problems.
• If another guest complains about your pet’s barking, noise, or behaviour, you will be asked to remove the pet from the hotel.
• You must have all the necessary legal documentation for your pet which may be required at any time by the Hotel Management. Your pet must have all relevant medical certificates including confirmation and date of all vaccinations.
